I didn't watch either; I was just lol'ing at the clip of the cop rolling up on his drooling ass barking orders to put down his camera and put his hands behind his back the moment he got out of the squad car.

In the second clip you can hear the cop (crank up the volume; it's hard to hear him) tell the guy people have told them he was breaking windows and otherwise vandalizing property, so I'm not sure it was trespassing that got him in hot water.

He smashed a car window/stabbed some car seats and I think he also stole a tire iron. I assume it will be up to whoever owns the scrapyard if they want to press charges
