That Alisha chick is the most bipolar drunk I've ever seen, and that's saying a lot. If this is accurate, then shit happened fast. The Family Court system prefers family reunification, and often pushes for it at the expense of the children. Some of the biggest pieces of abusive shit on the planet were able to reclaim their children from the foster care system. Like intense drug addicts whose battered children were found digging for food in trash cans can get their kids back. So I have to wonder how poorly and fucked up Attila and Jewel were acting that they lost all rights to Sofia, a newborn, in a matter of weeks?
