Not so much the organs as it could be an accumulation of fluid in the abdomen referred to as "ascites". It's an indication of late stage liver cirrhosis. Like I was mentioning last page you'd be able to tell by pushing on her stomach, if it's more firm to the touch it's likely alcohol related, if not it's just her being a fat pig.

Usually you wouldn't see someone in their 20s with that though, however you do see young people in end stage liver failure from alcohol abuse occasionally. I recently had a patient who was like 31 who died from alcohol related liver failure, he was as yellow as a banana on the shelf.

I don't think she drinks nearly enough to have a serious liver problem....yet. She isn't at the point of drinking cheap vodka the second she wakes up. once we see her with Majorska at 10am, then she'll be a true hobo alcoholic. Most of that is probably her purposely pushing her stomach out, and her putting on weight recently.

Also, I highly doubt she's doing opiates. She never has any signs of being on it. I'm sure she has tried them in the past, but no way is she using them regularly.

Having a distended abdomen like that could be caused by a number of things that aren't serious. You'd have to get some background and ask questions about her diet and bowel movements to meaningfully narrow it down. I'd be genuinely impressed if this was related to her liver, if she was complaining of pain it could be anything from ulcerative colitis to endometriosis. My initial assessment was aerophagia due to stimulant abuse.

I think she is also what they call the “apple” body shape, where her gut gets bigger but not to in proportion to her arms, legs, face.
