What's funny is that several minutes before this happened, Blade was trying to deny to him that he's racist despite him saying the word right when he walked out the door of Demarco's house.

This is just a guess from the clips that I watched that night

First Chicken, Captain and the others went to the Boulvard and they ran into Billy John. He was still high from meth and banging Alice for a day or two and was kinda freakin out captain and chicken for meeting up with him. They separated for awhile but Billy John and Chicken started yappin again infront of some hotel or sum shit. Billy John wanted to fight Chicken, Chicken was scared. Threatened to mace Billy. Security gaurd got involved, billy left. Then a little while later Billy John attacked him lol

Same way Billy John attacked Hanzo too like a year ago lol

But Goocheese said Andy Dick invited them to Billy John's and gave her the address.
Even when BJ first came out he told them to wait he'd be back. He came back with a niga-itude and started coming toward Chicken so chicken showed his pepper spray and BJ lost it. But when he came back looking for chicken and found him he attacked him from behind and boarded off then bragged.
