You could make these videos a lot smaller by using Handbreak to re-encode them. It's easy to do, just drag the video file onto Handbreak, then from the "Presets" drop-down menu select "General" and then "fast 720p" (or for videos that are already very pixelated you may as well go even lower, to like 480p)

That second video where the guy gets punched was 38MB and here it is at just 3MB after being reencoded using Handbreak's "Very Fast 720p" preset:



Smaller videos will load a lot faster for people.
