I think I figured it out. There's a part where Preston gets in his car, and Mado says I'll make it easier on you, and turns off the stream. I believe this is where Preston drives off the first time. Mando then starts a new stream but realizes that Preston is circling back which freaks him out and he turns off the stream. I believe not a lot of people have seen this clip which provides the missing context because he was only streaming for 2 mins before he ends it and deletes the vod . While the stream is off, Preston gets off the car and walks towards the rv and mando. Mando then starts another new stream for his safety. But they find out that Preston came back thinking his phone was still in the rv. And that's when the rv people come out and prevent him from leaving again. The cops literally took half an hour to get there.

tl;dr: Preston had driven off, but since the vod was deleted shortly after not a lot of people clipped it. He came back thinking he left his phone in the rv, but it was in his car the whole time.

edit; there was actually three streams. the first when preston shoots which ends because Preston wants Mando to turn off the stream when he drives off. the second one one which I linked only lasting 3 minutes where Preston circles back and the vod was privated right away. and the third that's titled for our safety where Preston comes back to look for his phone and thats when the rv people and cops show up.

Well, maybe I owe Cheeto a bit of an apology, kid's definitely given us the best content of the day so far.
He was following people around in the park filming them before being approached by Park Rangers. He didn't say a word, he just stood their in silence with the camera pointed at them letting TTS donos speak for him until the cops showed and told him he was free to leave, but the park closed at 6pm and if he didn't leave before then he'd be escorted off the property.
