Jewel's medical insurance runs out, and that was "supposed to" cover her kid. She was sent a letter in the mail denying her coverage, and she has until April 30th I guess to get whatever free government shit she can (including whatever drugs they put her on, and baby) until then. She won't do a thing, considers it all a "scam" like everything else that won't go her way. Her kid and her won't have medical insurance or free money from them for anything really after that date. They don't have a perm CA address. They have a PO BOX there, but that is not considered an official place of residence as that's how many people scam the government. Basically they are both gonna run out the clock of whatever free shit they demand for doing nothing but sitting on their lazy asses and refusing to get real jobs. Either the kid goes straight from the hospital to her new parents, or they go back to a motel with these two nuts and it lasts 2 weeks max before CPS comes in and takes it. Either way, the free stuff is over and they are too entitled and lazy to give a shit about it.
