She first appeared on Captain Contents RV along with three others when he was recruiting for new weirdos from Craig's List, he had an ad that was looking for people to take part in a Reality TV Show. The other three didn't last long and haven't been seen since. I don't think Trina was part of cast from the Craig's List ad as she definitely previously knows Aladdin and his boyfriend Terrell the mute, so she has some kind of affinition to the streamers before Captain Content, probably a hooker as Aladdin drives hookers around to meet Johns. She doesn't get many viewer's but seems able to stay relevant by being disgusting and fucking Cheeto.
