If she spent her youth in Russia there is possibility she got her SS# later. Generally one applies for an SSN when you fill out information for the baby's BC but not necessarily. FWIW though I don't see her SSN issuance data on the stuff I usually pull up on people which is not conclusive but suggestive maybe hers is unusual.

Some of the dox looks like bullshit though. I can replicate a lot of the address info listed, in fact I found quite a bit more although I think posting it at this particular time would be unseemly. What the dox does look like is a low effort phonebooking based on information he already had from knowing her and/or stealing her phone. This is not "doxing," this is at best "posting dox" and being a dick.

One of the bank routing numbers is fake and the other one for Wells Fargo in Florida where I don't see evidence that either her or her parents have ever lived let alone settled down enough to open a bank account*.

[*edit to add: it occurs to me that if it's online only banking maybe the routing number could be from anywhere, Florida included. I'm not really sure how that works. The other one still doesn't seem to exist though.]

Because if so he really might not have to worry too much, their handlers will let them fuck around up to a point and even after that they may just give him a smack of their own of some sort instead of prosecuting. "Hey, can you do me a favor..." from whatever flavor of fed can do wonders with the US Attorney. If there were a victim who was pressing matters, it might go ahead anyway, but if nobody cares, they'd probably let it slide.

Whatever deals he might've cut in the past do not apply here. This touches on a bunch of cultural third rails and prosecutors will weigh the personal career gain of headline-grabbing "anti-bullying" "working mom" etc that's way more valuable than the street rips or whatever the fuck he might've been informing on before. Unless he's snitching on rapists or murderers, anything he has in less valuable than prosecuting him now.
