Back in 2020, there was a livestream of a crack alley in Austin Texas that caught the attention of /pol/ and IP2. It's been so long since then that by now it's just a distant memory at this point ,but I made a video covering the whole "Window of Life" lore for those that weren't there to experience it as it was happening. It's one of my favorite moments of (now forgotten) IP2 Internet history. It was the funniest livestream to watch every day for about a month (which was how long it lasted), since you had all these random characters trying to force the guy operating the stream to shut it down and not play dono messages in the alleyway. The police, suburban moms, and this dude's landlord were all more concerned about some loudspeaker than people literally doing crack in the alley. There was even footage of police stepping over a homeless dude shooting up just to hand Keegan (the livestream owner) a noise complaint ticket.

Bum Tickler is one of the 10 viewer Andys that posted among ip2 all the time because he's a welfare leech and just annoys people. The tranny "assault" is the only content he's made anyone cared about.
He was on house arrest for a while and barred from streaming after that, kept getting in trouble fighting it and I guess got 7 months of jail time now.
He sucks, but his punishment is bullshit.
