yea....that's why you run. unlike in said body cam videos where the person allowed to give orders is giving orders to a hostile person, this is two random people on the street in no sort of altercation.

the guy had his arm down, was more than 30 feet away and was making no threats. a random person on the street has absolutely 0 responsibility to listen you a, an obnoxious livestreamer, yelling STOP WALKING IN THE DIRECTION YOU'RE WALKING. by this logic anytime you see someone with a gun (holstered, holding it, nearby, whatever) and they don't immediately listen to whatever you tell them to do you should be able to rightfully gun them down because it only takes a few seconds to grab a gun and kill you, right?


but by all means the next time you see someone walking outside with something that can be a weapon, scream at him from down the block then shoot him and see what happens
