You're correct, it means "you".

He's essentially just saying "you.." , "you.." "you.." from the perspective of the korean policemen. I'm sure english fluency is common in South Korea, but I doubt they would know american English slang vocabulary.

Don't know how these psychotic leeches managed to get their kid back (the one they both take care of, not Atilla's bilogical child of course) but shockingly it's going terribly for them. It's pretty funny how these American Blacks in Asia get triggered over minute dumb shit. I once said to someone that the "black faux skin of this jacket is peeling off" and some American Black dude flipped his shit at me.
