In Korea, his crimes include but are not limited to harassment, bomb threats, obstruction of business, being annoying, public indecency by playing porn in public infront of children, sexual threats against children, acts of terrorism and disrespect of a monument to rape victims. He has done big boy crimes now and he cannot just get away with it.

Foreigners consuming Japanese products and entertainment are likely already aware of the very large differences in culture between Japan and the west. My wish is that nations start to consider specific laws to deter nuisance streamers / "content creators", particularly when they're doing it abroad.

If there's an established mechanism in place for countries to co-operatively dole out punishments, they can start to crack down on cancerous anti-social behaviour.
