Ignorance of the law is not a defence.

If there's an established mechanism in place for countries to co-operatively dole out punishments, they can start to crack down on cancerous anti-social behaviour.

IIRC there is some legislation working it's way through South Koreas national assembly that would redefine how a streamers income is viewed for visa purposes.

It's supposed to make it easier to deny or revoke the visas of nuisance streamers. If Johnny ends up being the one that gets it over the goal line I imagine he's going to become very unpopular amongst his peers.

They already drug tested him over a month ago, multiple times. All were negative but one (which could be a false positive) so it was sent to national lab for testing, which came back negative last week and the hold on his passport was removed.
