I thought it was Bitwave's shitty server that's causing the buffering but it's actually Speeding streaming at a constant bitrate of 2.7mb/s 30fps for no fucking reason at all. He shouldn't go beyond 6000kb/s for 1080p 60fps as it's just a waste of bandwidth
