I'm sure Stoic has some batshit insane definition of this term that centers on him, but I'd define it as political or ideological manipulation conducted surreptitiously by NGO's, think tanks and "activist organizations" using funds generously "donated" by people (or groups) with deep pockets.

George Soros' Open Society Foundation comes immediately to mind. It's where a lot of the money and influence pushing "globohomo" is coming from. Actively trying to undermine and destroy western civilization, national autonomy and sovereignty, and individual freedoms and rights (especially if you're white, straight, Christian or some combination thereof).

You can thank Soros for funding all those ships that loiter around the Mediterranean Sea just south of Malta conducting "completely legitimate commercial operations" that are magically always in just the right spot to encounter "by chance" a dinghy overfilled with "political refugees" from Africa (all grown men, and all of them doctors, lawyers and scientists, of course) who somehow always seem to "accidentally" start the life raft sinking as their saviors roll up to rescue them and rush to deliver them to Europe where they can rape and plunder with impunity.

Um...far be it for me to shit on someone's theory, but the Mediterranean Sea is one of the busiest water ways in the world.
