Idk why can’t people just be pissed off after decades of grinding poverty, useless foreign ventures, and religious oppression by a cabal of sclerotic fanatics?
Problem with trad-cucks is they idolize every government that they thinks is maintaining "traditional values" tm. Iran Russia, Saudi Arabia ect.. Ignoring the fact they are run by literal degenerates who only goal is to make money and stay in power. Not every uprising is some sort of glow opp. People living in these countries get tired of the every day bull shit, so they rebel.

I don',t know man.
The Iran government is clearly unpopular but the support doesn't seem organic at all.
It screams of color revolution out of american desperation more than anything else.

In my schizo phase I even doubt the chick existed or even really died.

I've asked this before but,
Iran has been shitty about the way women dress for quite some time.
WHY NOW is it worth protesting?
Why over this lady and not all the others?

So…, Reza.

Today I will remind them...

I forgot about the power change. But if the goal was for the CIA to do a regime change to a puppet, they failed miserably.

I’ll say this: the idea of a government banning they/them pronouns is very appealing some sons folks online.

As for glowing, I’m not sure what the Iranian government has said about foreign powers , outside of having an official policy called “Death To America!” and calling Israel “The Little Satan”. Sounds like someone with a Pepe or a Groyper avatar if I ever heard it.

The problem with the "glownigger ops" theory is that the Biden administration, like the Obama administration before it, has been trying to court Iran and restart the Iran nuclear deal. Hell, one of the constant criticisms of Democrats' foreign policy over the past few years has been their sudden fetish for wanting to make Iran our friend again.

I hope this is the case, but being a cynic, the benefits of this to anti-Iranian actors have not been lost on me.

"It glows!" is Mutt for "I'm ashamed that unarmed sandniggers have more balls then fat, lazy, AR-15 fellating whites ever will".

Iran has a very young population compared to most other nations where the population has a population heavier in the older demographics such as the baby boomers. The young don't buy into the conservative bullshit the Ayatollah and other old fogey are putting out, plus they're absolutely fucking sick of brutes in the morality police just running up and clubbing them for this or that "infraction". Iran / Persia has always been more cosmopolitan than the rustic Arabic peoples the US is allied to, its a fair bit of irony that the people that the US would most get along with are the most hostile to America. I've always been expecting some sort of societal upheaval, but I always expected it when Khomeini died and they tried to put in some new geezer unrelated to the revolution to replace him.

Statue of the Ayatollah of No Rock and Ruhollah Khomeini was torn down in Neyshabur

The reason these protests are bigger in size, number, and length than before is a generation and a half's worth of people who have no connection to the Islamic Revolution have been born and have lived their entire lives in shitty material, financial, and social conditions because of ratty hypocritical old men in Qom and they are big mad about everything always being shitty, the government treating them like shit, and nothing ever changing. This isn't upper middle class people bitching about a fake presidential election like ten years ago, it's a social explosion by all classes about their dissatisfaction with everything

The Iranian government relies on the rural areas, basically everything outside of Tehran for support.

It can survive as long as the rest of the nation outside the urban areas, which are probably very few, continue to support it.

Its like Afghanistan where it becomes uber conservative as soon as someone leaves Kabul.

This was explained literally one page ago out of this three-page thread. It's the straw that broke the camel's back.
