The coping in this thread about this topic is really mindblowing, it's this type of acceptance that has led us to gay couples being able to adopt kids now. If you are not biologically related to your kids that you are raising, I will assume pedo at worst or just a pervert at best, statistaclly speaking. I'm exluding:
- God fathers and family members if the father/mom died.
- Both sides have previous kids, both ex partners are dead (or really out of the picture) and just want to merge into a full household.
But again these are
very rare situations. Divorces are very common tho, and for the most probable scenario for these parents dating, I will just post my initial experiment and encourage people to take off their "my step dad was nice to me" meme glasses, and look at how evolution works:

But if a man sticks around, he can have kids with the stepdaughter, this is the only evolutionary explanation for why men would ever accept such a situation.
