Is being mentally retarded a requirement to work for Doordash?

I don't get delivery very much because I like driving but whenever someone around my place is getting delivery the drivers all seem genuinely retarded. They'll try to shove the food into my hands and then act visibly distressed and confused when I say it's not mine. Most of the time they don't even ask for directions, they just shove their phone in my face instead of talking like a regular human being. Not just the Hispanic ones either, it's all of them. Do they only hire people who eat crayons instead of take out?

I don't know what you're talking about. All of my doordash drivers have impeccable manners and handle my food with the utmost care.

You don't have to be hired. So yeah any idiot can do it and they can do it for a long time before they're at risk of deactivation.

That sounds more so like a problem with your area. I don't have many issues where I live. My dashers are usually elderly white folks who only take a single order at the time and they've never given me a problem. They also like a little bit of light conversation, which is nice. I always give them 5 stars. Even when i get immigrants who don't speak English, they just get straight to the point and give me my food in a timely manner.

Important side note: I am not even saying this as a racist thing, but I've only had bad doordash experiences when the dasher was black. I've had black dashers show up high, show up extremely late, and steal my food. Now, the vast majority of them don't do this, but every time something bad happens, it's been a black driver.
