Is Canada a communist country?

Civic nationalism is extremely strong in parts of Canada. People just have it for their provinces as opposed to Canada itself. You go to a bar in Newfoundland or Quebec and trash the respective provinces you're going to end up dead in a ditch.

Everyone hates Ontario especially people who live there. Ontarians are united by their hatred for Americans. When mot people think of cucked Canadian stereotypes they're thinking of Ontario.

Everyone hates Quebec except Quebec.

Ontario is in a weird place these days. We are seeing less of a secular society because of the inhabitants (cough cough) and the elected governments seem to be catering to them. For an elected Premier to change the sex ed curriculum because the Muslims (largely) were unhappy about it really was the beginning of the end. What a future this province has.

My Mother lost her job in 2009. In order to even apply for welfare (which was just 500 dollars a month) she had to prove she had former workforce participation. Then she had to immediately look for any job possible and attend workshops every day of the week in order to receive any kind of social assistance. By August of that year she had found another job (although, a shitty one). This entire process was just four months. Welfare in Canada is about getting people back to work immediately. There is no type of ''On benefits for an indefinite period of time'' culture like what exists in certain populations in the U.S and U.K. Canada is actually very strict in this regard. In many ways Canada is actually more conservative.

Welfare in Canada is about getting people back to work immediately.
Well, it is literally called "Employment Insurance", not "Welfare"

The problem with American views on Canada is that they look at the middle of Toronto (preferably during some sharia/blm/antifa gathering), staple it to a photo of Quebec from 1963, and assume that it's representative of the federal government, let alone the feelings of the majority of Canadians.

Most things Americans complain about making Canada a "communist country" are either regional/provincial, aren't actually laws and are only customary, are legitimate complaints but are about something kinda right wing in the end, or are just completely made up fuddlore.

There's also a lot of projection about gibs and gun laws and "refugees" and generally just making the same complaints they do about liberals, but swapping "Liberal" for "Canadian" and not making sure their complaint still makes any sense.

It's literally just America but gayer. I see absolutely no reason why we shouldn't just annex them.
