Chris is already indirectly mentioned by way of Sonichu on the Kiwi Farms article, but in a way meant to attack the site.
The website was originally launched as an exclusive imageboard to troll and harass a webcomic artist who was first noticed in 2007 on a 4chan video game board for having designed a home and fanmade webcomic series called Sonichu (an unofficial mashup of the Sonic and Pokémon universes). Eventually an Encyclopedia Dramatica page was created about Sonichu's artist, and a dedicated wiki was created by people who felt that the artist's Encyclopedia Dramatica entry wasn't detailed nor accurate enough.

Edit: also, if someone is not convicted of a crime, you can't really mention it. And just doing a crime isn't necessarily enough to have an article.
