Serious question. I honestly believe that he is.

He displays numerous autistic traits including: Stimming, Echolalia, Low Empathy, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Hypersensitivity to noises and temperatures, ADHD, Dyspraxia.

As an Autistic person myself, I highly suspect that Phil has Autism.

I think DSP is just simply butt-fuck ugly and has a dash of high functioning autism. He certainly reminds me of that creepy, crusty kid obsessed with MLP, planes, trains, and other autistic things in high school.
 
The only autism here is the seepage spewing from your anus
 
OP, why not focus on more pressing mental disorders, like this one:
DSP backwards is PSD. So I'm using my degree in armchair psychology to diagnose him with Photoshop document.
 
I'm still new enough to be amazed at how often these sorts of threads pop up.
I've decided it's a feature, not a bug.

It's the lagoonablue playbook:
  1. Find lolcow who is so autistic it makes you seem comparatively normal.
