Maybe a bit, but mainly he's just getting more complacent.

He's learned that because of the detractor cult surrounding him there will always be some idiot who steps up to give him money or be his janny purely for the attention, another Tut, another OIC, another Anonymouse, another Swagginz, another...I think he has a new one atm but I don't remember his name, but the point is that he doesn't get worked up as easily. He's been at this for long enough to know there isn't that much more anyone is going to be able to pull out that they haven't already.

I still love Philburt but he's more like a very unconventional internet celebrity at this point. He's tough for people to deliberately get a rise out of anymore, he's just a droopy, dopey old man surrounded by retards who happens to be terrified of the affection of virtual waifus.
