My take has always been that once he started getting acceptance he didn't need to keep putting in the effort to do HRT. One less thing he had to do. Unless it's something he derives enjoyment from, he won't even do the smallest of tasks that isn't absolutely required. That includes stuff like showering or bothering to walk to the bathroom to poop.
 
Apparently a lot of people have theories that Chris suffers from co-morbid diseases. Most of the suggestions i've seen are autism and some form of borderline personality disorder.

I'd like to nominate sociopathy and aspergers (aka high functioning autism)

It's very clear that Chris has all the tendencies of a social manipulator. He's got a sort of low, tardy cunning that lets him get away with shit by people who don't know better. He's abusive and predatory but also very careful in selecting targets, testing the limits of interpersonal acceptability and always having an excuse prepared.

The thing that holds him back is of course the Asperger's. He's unable to bring the mental resources to bear that other, more successful sociopaths have at their disposal. He's got all of the ego of a sociopath but none of the actually impressive qualities of one.

From a very early age he would feel uncomfortable with his situation. He has the want and the lack of empathy to manipulate people but he constantly shoots himself in the foot. Cue the dissociation.

First small things like going from Christopher to Christian; maybe he thinks after that he'll feel right in his own skin. Then he wins that fucking Sega sweepstakes and he gains the only positive fame in his life so of course he obsesses with that fixed point in time. He creates a fucked up town in his mind where he's god and dictator of the people. His will enforced by an eldritch electric hedgehog. And the rest is Christory

I just saw this being talked about on another thread but it talks about Chris maybe being a sociopath. I'm going back through the Geno Samuel documentary and scarily enough... the signs are all there.

Chris may have been a sociopath from the very beginning, which is genuinely terrifying to think about.
 
OP, what you're getting at is fundamental tragedy of Chris and his ilk. He is too incompetent to be intentionally evil in any meaningful sense. He just lacks critical thinking and is unable to fully grasp the consequences of his actions. He's simply a manchild who was deeply failed by his parents when they never got him the proper treatment for his autism. This is sad, and the basic empathy that helps you navigate life wants you to have some sympathy for his situation. However, he lacks a true moral code, operates purely on what gives him gratifcation, and will take full advantage of any situation he's in, destroying any possible sympathy you could have. Is the awful shit he does a true reflection of his soul or just a byproduct of his upbringing? It doesn't really matter at this point because dude raped his fucking mom.

Thinking about this stuff is weird. Take any big military or political figure that committed war crimes and caused suffering on a mass scale, objectively, you'd likely consider them more evil than your average rapist or pedo (edgelords need not apply) especially as that level of orgainzed suffering requires a high level of logic and reasoning to carry out, However, you probably feel more raw disgust from reading about the rapist or pedo, especially if they're also a lolcow. At least that's how it is for me.

I'd argue thats more a complication of sociopathy and the garbage parenting he recieved. He failed to thrive slightly and Borb went "kid's broken we dont need to put in any effort"
 
I personally theorize that even Chris's obsession with Sonichu and its derivatives can be attributed ultimately to his weird obsession with sex:

Chris "invented" Sonichu when he was in high school, and that was when he had GAL PALS.

Yes. And while what happened recently to Barb is quite unexpected, but it is not that far off from what was concerned or predicted. I felt extremely off about Chris for the last 4 or 5 years when his tone to Barb began to somewhat controlling and aggresive.

I mean, is this supposed to be a wholesome interaction with own parents? But we used to brush them off because he's definitely a low functioning retard.

No, everything we knew about Chris is not lies. His underlying behavior stays the same. But what's different is that, as time goes on, with reality kicks in and more hindsight and knowledge Chris has gotten, he becomes more desperate and manipulative. And the recent events really just the cherry on top, nevermind the big fat one.

Honestly, all of Chris videos with Barb in his tranny saga really gave me chills even before all of this happen, almost like a prelude for Resident Evil 7.

Oh and remember his livestream where he "used to be more intimately" with Barb alongside with his very suspicious tweets? That was 3 years ago btw.
 
I don't know man. All your points are weird to me because this is all stuff I read on the CWCki years ago when I was learning about Chris. What I mean is they were presented to me in black and white, as the CWCki is pretty neutral on Christory. There were some things I had opinions on, yeah, but for the most part I just thought of Chris's life in a neutral way. As in it was clear what happened through what Chris told us/what we saw. Of course Chris is autistic, I don't think any of this would of happened if he had a sound mind. If he wasn't autistic, I think he'd taken the route of Cole and moved out of his house long ago. I mean the guy is almost 40 and was still playing with toys. Life is complicated, that extends to Chris's life too. This whole forum is here to discuss eccentric individuals and what we think, but at the end of the day we're just making opinions on retards. I hope I don't sound like a tard myself and I'm making sense. What I'm trying to get at is all the shit your saying is obvious to me. Of course Megan had no interest in Chris, we saw that through her emails and the way Chris described their interactions. Shit like that. What you're saying is very straight forward and I don't know how you can form an alternative opinion on what happened.

Severe = low functioning.
Low functioning autistics will often require a PECS (point to picture to communicate what you want) or a switch (yes no answers).
That is not him.
Sleeplessness - I think this is due to not having SHIT to do. He often comments he wakes up at 11.
No sensitivity to crowds or noises. He is often seen in malls, Game place etc. He went to Washington DC with Barb.
Lower IQ- I don't know. He did do well in school.
Manipulativeness? I would say so. Especially repeating he is autistic.
His quirks and behavior have been EXASPARATED since Bob died. This is shown by him getting arrested with Barb.
See my earlier post on his ability to hold long conversations with Alec. He HATES Alec because he is challenged by him and because he is a male.

It’s no surprise a tard or autistic adult man, with a normal sex drive, left unsupervised for long enough with someone more physically and mentally disabled than themselves will fuck or molest them.

Most adult male tards are on meds that lower their sex drives - usually a side effect of anti-psychotics or tranquilizers if they are particularly aggressive. Even on meds people that work with tards and autists struggle to deal with excessive masturbation and inappropriate behaviors.

I think the isolation of covid, a change or reduction in Chris’s meds along with Barb’s dementia causing her a level disinhibition Chris never experienced before (it’s common for dementia patients to suddenly lose any sense of modesty or shame, also to share inappropriate memories or thoughts) were the perfect recipe for disaster.

Barb’s declining mental faculties changed the power dynamic in recent years and that was bad news to have Chris have power over your daily life and needs.

I guess at least Chris didn’t beat or kill Barb? that’s a more typical outcome when adult low IQ men become caretakers for the elderly. Maybe small point for Chris that he didn’t physically abuse Barb (that we are aware of)? Chris was a unique outlier even in the type of elder abuse he doled out.

There are certainly A LOT parallels.

-autistic
-crossdressers/claiming to be trans
-unbelievable lewd and horny
-abused a family member in a position of vulnerability
-huge online presence
-obsession with certain franchises
-performing horrible OC music
-drawing horrible art
-problems with hygiene
-problems with money
-naive and gullible
-confessed to their incestuous abuse online

There are some major differences however.
Nick hated his family and wanted to have nothing to do with them, Chris is the exact opposite.
Nick is intelligent, I think he has an IQ of 136 or something, while Chris is pretty dumb beneath the autism.
Chris was (barely) able to function in society, Nick was a shut in that refused to go outside and had everything managed by his aunt.
Nick was also a stalker and got fame primarily because of his disgusting appearance, rotting teeth and shit fetish, while Chris looked quite normal and started his internet career with weird behavior and a very particular way to talk.
Nick is rotting in prison for the rest of his life, while Chris will probably get a slap on the wrist, but who knows.
 
It's rather depressing to go back and watch the old captain's logs, as Chris has consistently attracted both the worst sort of people who wanted to see how far they could push him, and the most charitable types who falsely believed they could protect him from himself and provide a semblance of structure in his life. When combing through the pre-trans, pre-fire, Bob-still-alive years, it's very clear that Chris may still have responded positively to sustained mental health efforts instead of sequestering himself further in his own world - a classic and naive self-medication tactic. By no means is he an innocent victim in all of this, but as his material and mental state declined the chances for him to get legitimate help and the potential efficacy of such help had dwindled in kind.

The thing about Chris, and many high-functioning autistics, is that they are fundamentally helpless, that is, they terrible at helping themselves. Instead of learning how to use his imagination and intelligence to define realistic goals and gradually achieve them despite failure and setbacks, he was left alone to indulge in his pet fantasies. Instead of being guided towards integrating into society and earning respect from others, he latched onto Bob and Barb because they were the only authority figures he could consistently trust. You can see by his devotion to Bob's conservative talking points that he was very much looking for approval from authority figures. If this behavior could have been transferred to people outside his immediate family, he would probably have been capable of holding down a job and even putting his computer skills to use. People forget that Chris did write and maintain his own website, a feat which seems laughably rudimentary nowadays, but would have earned him a respectable paycheck if he kept at it.

Chris does obviously present elements of sociopathy, narcissism, BPD, and what have you. It's amusing to see schizophrenia speculated about as well. Yet he has never developed along a trajectory that suggests the typical, medical course of a single mental illness or personality disorder, so much as he has simply tried to navigate the world given what little he knew about it, compelled by the same needs and desires we all have but without the machinery required to really make it work, in a way that the payoff is being respected and well-regarded by others. When you can't truly fulfill your desires, you do the only other thing you can, which is to compensate. I believe that most of his neuroses and perversions are just the sad result of normal people not having the patience to deal with him past a certain point, coupled with Barb and Bob's inability to pry him away from his fantasy world so that he could acclimate himself to the real world and define himself through his relationships with others, rather than through purely imaginary means.
