A valuable lesson on dealing with speds of any kind is that no matter how stupid they may seem they do have at least a little bit of intelligence.

At best they are inept retards entirely. At worst, deep down they know people will take pity or view them as harmless (or relatively harmless) and use that to their advantage. That's how you end up with speds being caught molesting or spying on women in places they shouldn't be.

On a more horrifying note I wonder sometimes if some really fucked up Speds are actually extremely intelligent but condemned to be coddled and guided around all their life because of their condition. Uhh..... I am not sure anyone would agree with me if I say this, but I did kinda expect that Chris will one day become a felon one way or another.

Just as a potentially helpful side note, it was studied in Japan that at least 25% (and potentially up to 30%) of all troubled teens in juvenile detentions in the Tokyo Metro Area had borderline intellectual functioning.
