Is it a scam to snap a pic of ur credit card and send to someone

Depends on if you're using it for scale to show your penis length. Personally I am very proud of my MasterCard-sized member and love to show it off to prospective lady friends.

You have to include a wacom'd signature and urine samples or it's not legit

I have received numerous payments from Nigerian and Eastern European princes in exile deposited to my credit card, so I am not sure why I'm you're concerned.
 
The person messaged me first from Instagram. They were pretending to be a famous actor shire woman. I told him I wasn’t going to fall for it and he was probably a Nigerian man from Africa. He eventually confessed and told me he is from Africa and sent me a pic of him, he is a black from living in Africa. He told me if he lived in the USA like me he would be a millionaire easily, and told me he can help me with business deals and make me rich if I take a pic of my credit card and send it to him. But I didn’t.
