It does come down to this. Decadence and generally having little to do in everyday life + money = degeneracy. If you're really rich, you don't have to do anything. There is no purpose in life without work. And so those people turn to sex as a sort of life fulfilment because they know they'd otherwise be empty. Then the money comes into play - if you've got millions you can practically bribe any good-looking hooker into being yours and yours only. As long as you have the money (and the rich almost never lose the money they're sitting on) you've got bangable pussy secured for life. Then you take it up a notch by funding sex toys for them in an exchange for, say, two girls fucking each other with a strap-on in front of you, and then some new degeneracy appears that you want to try out, and so on and so forth. A lot of people in the thread have said this, but wealth and excess free time are a very dangerous combination. Money lets you indulge in lot of things, including and especially offcolor fetishes. Even if it harms people and ruins lives, sheer wealth or community influence (if we're talking about smaller spheres) almost always prevents consequences. If you actually suffer repercussions for it, it's because someone similar to you (or at best, someone that turns a blind eye until it's inconvenient) benefits from your absence getting rid of bad PR.

By and large, yes. If you're even remotely knowledgeable about the effect of Christianity in history on building western civilization as we know it (which consequently influenced the rest of the world), then you wouldn't disagree. This is just a fact, you can hate Christianity like a good and still accept objective historical facts.

It doesn't mean there didn't exist any individuals who simply had a gentler nature, but there was never a culture that taught to love your neighbor as you love yourself, and to even love your enemies. Even the Jews lived by an eye for an eye.

Feel free to point out any significant pre-Christian examples to the contrary if you have them available. The importance of Christendom is something most take for granted, even Christians.

One thing to consider is that even the poor in modern western nations are what would be considered, historically, well off. The standard of living is so high now, relatively speaking, that even the poor can engage in this type of behavior that we associate with the degenerate elites. But like the film What Is a Woman showed, backwater tribes in Africa don't even understand the concept of transgenderism, it's a vice almost exclusive to the developed world. That kind of thing is a hedonistic delight of westerners for now.

I definitely believe that their wealth is driven either by their good upbringing as a kid (middle class to upper middle class families raising them), or their generally niche talents that are easily marketable (good at coding and being computer monkeys). Since both of these drive up their overall free time and ability to use the internet, I think this would lead them to becoming a furry or generally situate them in weird subcultures in general.
