Is it justified to murder a trans person if they lie to you that they are trans?

Don't be so edgy OP.

That said I do consider not revealing ones sex to a potential romantic partner until later on in a relationship to be a form of sexual assault. The vast majority of people are not bi, since even homosexuals can end up getting an unpleasant suprise in this department.

I think it probably would be hard to define it as rape that said, since once the clothes are starting to come off its fairly obvious what they really are. Potentially yes, but there are very few trannies/traps/ladyboys etc who have fully transitioned so well they can pass at that level.

I'm going to have to say, no, not justified. Anyone who is dumb enough to go on a date with a troon because he can't tell that the troon is not a legit woman bears much of the onus himself. And capital punishment is traditionally reserved for crimes in which a death has occured.

You'd well be within your rights to slap him around though.

Sexual contact requires consent. Consent is based off a complete knowledge of the important circumstance surrounding an event. Hiding your birth gender is hiding a key fact surrounding a sexual encounter. Therefore, a sexual act without disclosure of gender history is inherently non-consensual event. Sexual intercourse without consent is rape.

The better question then is to ask, is it justified to kill someone who is trying to engage in rape?
