You're under no obligation to love your own race, I mean don't dye your skin a different color and then lie your way into becoming head of the NAACP (this actually happened) or anything like that.
But, you're under no obligation to love, accept, or tolerate another person simply for being the same color as you.

Racism is a personality defect. Despite what /kiwipol/ will tell you sneering at someone because of their race isn't virtuous. I would hope as 21st century westerners we evolved past that point.
Racial guilt or contempt for your own race is also dumb as fuck. But I don't think groids calling each other niggers os actual racism. It's more of an oblique sarcasm. Like me calling another son of Aryas a milquetoast honkey because they can't handle spicy food.
