If I was gunna give an honest answer, I would say yea, it's "technically" possible, but it heavily depends on a lot of things, the primary one being, how badly does somebody want to doxx you. Like, if you're some random asshole hanging around on the internet, you're probably fine, but depending on how much and how often you piss other retards off your chances of being doxxed can go up, and there's a million random things that could lead someone to piecing together your identity and new bread crumbs pop up all the time.

For example, maybe you took that picture of a dog on your iPhone that uses AT&T and you've sent it to friends and family through your phone, and one day, AT&T has a huge DB leak of messages. It's "technically" possible that some troon you've pissed off enough decides to randomly try a reverse image search for your dogs on that specific DB leak for whatever reason and is somehow able to find those specific messages, and from there is able to get your full doxx. This situation is entirely possible, but the likelihood of it ever actually happening is super low.
