Is it possible to create a charity called Trans Genocide?

The question of whether or not it would be popular doesn't concern me. I think controversy would carry it, and the temptation for people to say "Support Trans Genocide" could also carry it. I just want to know if it's egal to create a charity with an inflammatory, contradictory or hate-fueled name.

In reality the charity would donate all proceeds to some other cause that isn't genocide, the recipient(s) of which would be kept anonymous to protect them from backlash.
