This one time I was sitting in my van outside a person's house. Windows basically blacked out in the thing. This guy's pitbull came out to my van kinda jumped up scratching my door.
I wasn't the only car on the street mind you. This dog has never interacted with me or the van before.

He wanted something, went to the house and went in and the owner of him was essentially dying. Overdose, probably heroin.
Slapped him back to life. Wow ...that dog knew. Crazy. Love pits.

I knew a pitbull that lived it's entire life being friendly before dying of old age, but if you look at the most dangerous breeds they all were bred to be violent.
Animals bred to be aggressive and poor care will only increase the already high chance of violence it is capable of inflicting.
I am not a fan of pitbulls, rottweilers, dobermans, or German shepherds.

I knew someone who worked with dogs whose favorite dog breed were pitbulls. Would always use doggospeak and say that pitbulls weren't violent and insisted they were the cuddliest doggos ever. He was a white man in his mid 30's.

pitbulls were originally bred for fighting bulls in pits

later on they were used for dogfighting when bull baiting went out of fashion

now dogfighting is illegal, but they still think like theyre in the ring

they enjoy mauling things cuz that's what they were bred to do

also they suck as guard dogs, theyre good at mauling things indiscriminately, not at folllowing orders or assessing threats

also like all dogs, they enjoy doing what they were bred to do, retrievers really love retrieving stuff, borzois really love running, pitbulls absolutely enjoy mauling little children and similarly-sized dogs

the pit isnt angry when it's attacking you, it's actually really happy to attack you, it's having the time of its life



(btw if u know what ur doing, u could beat the shit out of a pitbull who's attacking you, they bite the nearest limb and try to tear it apart, however, if u let em bite ur left hand, and open the fist while it's in the pit's mouth as u use ur remaining 3 limbs to keep it from getting ur fist out of its throat, it will choke on ur fist and die, but your left hand will be injured), my uncle
survived an attack this way

(this trick works on most dogs, cuz dogs dont try to go for weak spots like the neck, they aim at the nearest limb when they bite)
