Very much so, and Lucifer in that is pretty much one of the first anti-heroes.

Dante's Divine Comedy is even more so, he just threw everybody he really hated in hell and he hated a lot of people. (though the first ring has the virtuous pagans, which just have to live in a sad place pretty much while talking about philosophy and such. Basically everybody that died before Jesus came that Dante liked. )
