there is nothing magical or sacred about a constitution, "human rights", how silly
i don't really rag on sovereign citizens too much because the majority of normal citizens talk and act exactly like they do, with the main difference being that normal citizens are working with a different set of make believe horseshit concepts and rules that they take very seriously, mostly because someone with a monopoly on force and power tells them to
you must sperg regardless of if it is permitted by authority, otherwise it's cope central where you perform olympic level mental gymnastics to explain to yourself that actually you are super duper free and also badass and everything you participate in is 100% consensual on your part and nobody is compelling you to do anything ever, in order to be free you must be honest with yourself about the ways in which you are not free and use that as a starting point
