Before you answer, here's what've got. I'm not counting the music executives she slept with for her big break though.
Earlier in her career it was rumored she was dating one of the girls in her band. The bandmember was fired after PR was worried it would get out.

Later on, Taylor Swift was rumored again, this time with Victorias Secret model Karlie Kloss.

A fan at some point was recording one of her breakup songs on stage and Taylor changed the lyrics from "he" to "she"
Even later she showed up during Pride doing a surprise concert at the Stonewall Inn, a historical LGBTQ landmark.
Repeatedly she makes LGBTQ references on stage and in music videos.

But the problem is she can't come out, her entire image is based around the fact shes the hetero-breakup girl. The PR team has also made sure she maintains this image by contracting celebrity boyfriends. Many of these boyfriends themselves also want to stay in the closet to the general public, and their relation to Taylor also gives them a media boost. So it's win win for everyone. But if you looked too closely into them, you'd find out they have the same issues as Taylor Swift.

Coming out as gay is a problem fame-wise and financially, not only do fewer people in the public relate to you or want to bang you, reducing consumer spending, but you earning power is cut in places such as the Middle East and China, where your media may be banned. So if you're just interested in fame and money, then you'll stick to the gameplan.
