Is there a safe way to use Windows?

This question might sound like a troll, but just recently I found out that millions of Chinese internet users are still using XP and 7, but they are pirated bootlegs that can install updates even after Microsoft ended support for those OSes.
Install updates? What are these updates exactly? If Microsoft ended support for the OSes then that means they don't get updates anymore.

Are they chink-sourced updates? I suppose that would make sense. The only person stupid enough to install updates written by chinks too stupid to build their own operating system or fork Linux, would be another chink. Natch.

Years ago they started offering either 100mb or 1gbit(whatever it was it was absurdly fast at the time) in Hong-Kong because everyone ran pirated Windows XP full of malware and trojans so their existing internet connections were slow and bogged down by being part of a botnet. Faster internet was the solution, AV or patching windows was not considered viable.
