Regardless I know Ohio is a shithole dumpster fire state but is there ANYTHING to see and do while I'm there?

The Appalachian part of the state is quite beautiful. There's also Cosi, the Columbus zoo, the Cincinnati zoo, Ceder Point, a few Jungle Jim stores, Serpent Mound, Amish Country, and the US Air Force museum. Oh, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Fuck that poser place, though.

There's a foggy-ass big lake you can take a gander at.

You'll see a lot of torn up roads, girls caked in makeup/bedazzlements living smack-dab in the ghetto. Some of the abandoned buildings look cool, I suppose.

Fair enough. @Agent Abe Caprine has a pretty solid answer, the only thing I could add to that would be Union Terminal, an old railstation turned museum. I think you need tickets get in though.

Idk what is up with ohio but the grass there is so desaturated compared to the states right below it.

If you're downtown there's some rock and roll thing and an aquarium that's built inside of an old power plant which is kind of cool.

Cincinnati is a pretty cool city. By American standards it's old and they preserved a lot of the old architecture. There's a lot more stuff to do in the northern part of the state though, especially in the summer. You're going at a really bad time unfortunately.

Don't forget the Cleveland Orchestra, one of the best orchestras in the entire world. Cleveland in general has an incredible cultural scene, far moreso than any cities nearby.
