So, you just made an account in 26 June 2024, and the first relevant thing you're doing is writing an OP on some Muslim shit, all while there's an ongoing war in the Middle East.
My spider senses are tingling!
Also, you are COMPLETELY misreading the website, which I just took a fast look over.
Islam is based on the Quran and the hadith, mostly, which are 1300-ish yrs old, and contain lots of legislating, including on slavery, rape, sexuality.
Muslims are obsessed with these rules, and there is huge rivalry between the sects.
For example, Shia generally hate Aisha, and their traditions are condemning of her. Sunnis largely love her.
There are a myriad of accusations and grudges between these sects, and what you see on that website are various gotchas where people try to get some other tribe to defend something controversial and go "see, they do that, the degenerates! WE DON'T!!! Follow us instead!".
There are also a LOT of butthurt Christians and Jews that come and seethe there and ask provocative questions to force controversy.
Most actual Muslims will never preoccupy themselves with slavery or rape, and those that live in war-torn shithole areas will simply ask their imam, not post online so kaffirs can see and celebrate.

'jeets and south east asians (including the ones that live in the west) make up the majority of users in english speaking islamic forums. People genuinely ask such questions in arabic speaking forums also most arabs in the middle east aren't really affected by the current wars at least enough to not post. Child marriage is still common there (although illegalised in some countries notably bahrain with 21 being the age of consent). Also sex slaves are accepted to be halal by both shias and sunnis because it was mentioned in the quran.
