There was never world peace, and Islam is mostly a threat to degenerate liberals, not right wingers, so there's that.
There has not been an Islamic conquest wave for centuries. However, we have plenty of European colonialism and its consequences. Like badly drawn borders in the Middle East.
The mass migration phenomenon is NOT an Islamic issue. It is a racial and ethnic issue. There are plenty of Africans that migrate to Europe with all sorts of religious beliefs, not just Islam, and they are just as dangerous. It is ONLY Europe's fault for allowing that to happen.
Biggest threat to stability right now are the collapsing empires, US and Russia. One does not want to let go of its hegemony, the other wants to maintain its big power status and influence in East Europe. Both are completely shameless and unafraid to use military might to coerce smaller players, regardless of the costs.
There are some regional threats too, like China for its area, North Korea far less so, or Iran, Israel and Saudi for the Middle East. Only Israel is annexing lands it does not own, however, which has been incredibly rare after the WWs.
To try and make all these complex geopolitical interactions that have no solutions into a simplified "X bad" thing is cheesy and absolves a lot of guilty parties.

Why are people doing this? What sort of benefits can somebody on the right extract from protecting one minority group from harsh criticism?
