I know loads of almost talentless or mediocre, but successful actors who, if you look into how they got where they are, only made it because they were or are always a diversity hire. Non-white actors are over-represented in theatre, film, commercials and ads, and everyone is acting like this is not happening. I am too scared to even hint at this to almost everyone that I know.
