"Justice" is pretty self-explanatory, "Memories" seems like he's nostalgic for some past life he lived (not really uncommon for Jace) I don't know who the other guy in the photos is supposed to be though, the one with the skateboard

Classified field reports indicate that Tyce is currently staying in Ohio with relatives after fleeing from the Deagle Nation Civil War for his own safety. Brandon's status is still unknown
