¹ Does Eli still have his passport? Or did his parents have some sense and take it from him? Does Jace even have a passport?

I don't know if Eli actually goes through customs.

I think he just envelopes himself in a cloud of weed smoke, then when the smoke dissipates he's gone to wherever he was last thinking of, and then a cloud of smoke appears there and he walks out of it.
 
I honestly think that whatever this Black Op is, it's not street racing or anything like that.

I think it's probably something far more pathetic.
 
When I think of Jace talking about how this is going to make him and Eli rich and in control of a world superpower, why do I think of Big Boss and MSF/Diamond Dogs/Outer Heaven?

Oh, Eli could finish the paperwork. As you can see in the videos, when Jace tells him to do something, he totally does it and keeps going on even if Jace tells him to stop and pay attention. (Interrupting Eli is not a good thing, because he doesn't ever seem to remember where he left off. Or what he was doing in the first place.)

Whether he can recognise the concepts of "the forms have to be filled with actual information" and "the pens should not be eaten" is another question altogether, however.
 
So during the stream, Jace let it slip that the operation will involve robbing somewhere and that they will be both overseas. Given that they also plan to drive, sounds like they're off to either Mexico or Canada (although he did say they might need a plane, so they could be planning to go further).

EDIT: Confirmed it's not Canada

Nothing will come of it even if they get to another country. It will be like when Eli went to assassinate the Palestinian prime minister but just ended up wandering a grocery store for three hours.
 
According to Jace's live stream, he's taking donations for gas money and apparently is taking Prius to God-knows-where. He even said that he would allow other people to join his mission with Eli as long as the new comers can get to Massachusetts and have certain assets which will assist them in there mission, ranging from the ability of robbing a bank to a variety of "military" skills.
 
So basically his latest exploits are going to lead up to a reenactment of Payday 2?

I love how his idea of the military is firing a gun, first aid, and street racing. With a Prius.
