This is actually really good in terms of Patreon. Paid by content release, really humble asking price and the subliminal name stuff sounds kinda funny and interesting.

I doubt Jace can keep to his word but DN is free entertainment and I'd hate to see that go away any time soon. Probably will subscribe.

Jace would be an ok dude if he got his head together. He's really a likable fun guy.

If he wasn't so "I don't wanna be an Isreal!" and "Let's cure mice of homosexuality!" then I would love to have Jace as a stoner buddy. He's really chill because he doesn't just think enough about stuff. Out of all the lolcows, I'd say Jace is the most likeable simply because he's too idiotic to hurt anyone he doesn't know and is a good guy to just turn your brain off and play vidya with.
Chris and Jay Geis are both entitled and whiny to the point I wouldn't consider giving them anything. Jace on the other hand doesn't ask much of anyone he doesn't really know and actually wants to put funny content out.
 
I like Jace, he's nuts, but he's not particularly threatening. You can tell he just wants to be accepted and to entertain. The Patreon rewards are actually creative and fair, so I can't fault him for that.

However, I don't want to end up funding domestic terrorism, no matter how inept the organisation is...

I find the pricing quite confusing, however. I'm totally willing to pay $1 for sending Eli to Whateveristan, but a whole video series? I'll demand quality for that. He should be asking a fair price for that. $3.50 at least.
 
yeah the way this one is set up, any time he does one of those things, he asks for [your donation amount]. if he manages to do 30 of these in a month? you get charged 30 times your donation amount at the end of the month. so if you're donating, please set up a monthly limit in case he goes nuts. that is to say, if you're donating a dollar per 'creation', and he does 10 but you only want to pay at most 5 bucks a month, set a limit.
 
he only charged 1 dollar for all of eli's diss video series, so he hasn't abused anything yet. still it's probably a good idea to exercise caution
 
I'm sure @Null is walking through the process of running a Patreon account without fucking it up since he's been helping him out with his internets. If he isn't, then its only a matter of time before it all comes crashing down.
 
Is there any evidence this is actually made by jace? He's neither tweeted or posted on his blog about it, and the writing seems kinda off.

I have considered offering to fly jace out just because I want to hang out with him, it's 400 from boston to seattle which is doable but it would be one of the dumbest things I've ever spent 400 on. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to hang out for a few days? Maybe we could work together and build up a deagle nation tour USA? Who else would pay to make jace a hop on his trip and put him up for awhile. He'd have fun, we'd have fun. Shorter hops could be done by bus or whatever.

The shit would be hilarious I'm sure and it'd have a lot less room to go wrong than if we just handed him enough money to get eli into syria. We could make sure he's eating ok and washing his clothes. We could get content we want instead of getting cut off whenever he's decided isis is listening or whatever.

I know what you mean, he seems like a genuinely good guy if not a little misguided. If he would surround himself with people who had their heads on straight he'd have a better chance for success in life. I personally wouldn't want to interfere with his missions though.
