This nigga has gotten into so many fights and controversies that i find it surprising that it hasn't been archived yet. Here are some ones that i think are notable, significant for understanding why he is considered a douche/lolcow, or funny (it's not a lolcow without the lol!)

In his video "Speeding in Front of Cops", he, well, speeds. He gets pulled over, and he acts like an asshole to the cop, with the cameraman taking exactly 8 shallow steps when the cop tells him to stand back approx 8 steps. The part I find significant is that he makes fun of an actual dead person who crashed on the news and making fun of those who claim that speeding more than 20 mph/h is bad:
The rest of the video is just him talking about having sex with girls and some bullshit about voyeuristic stream snipers; he talks so disorganized that it's hard to tell when a topic begins and ends and what the topics even are.

In another one that really makes me want to fedpost, he for a lack of a better word, intimidates a family for no reason other than the family asking to stop swearing in front of his kids (Given how he is known for doing shit to try to get people to fight him and how he looks directly at the father before swearing, this was probably on purpose) and another family member tries to shove the bodyguard out of the way and stop it. The bodyguard then proceeds to tackle both of the men, and Jack for once in his life actually looks somewhat concerned.
My favorite: Someone fires ammunition at Jack during a Kick stream. You can see him starting to panic, fearing that he's about to get shot. You can see him regretting every life choice.

True, but he seems to only really like negative attention in the form of dislikes and comments from those MATI. When people start actually talking negatively about him in a concise manner or expose his past controversies, as has been stated in the OP, he gets extremely aggressive and tries to dox them.
Considering how much of a stereotypical zoomer he is and how obviously targeted to children, he won't know a thing about this KF thread unless someone tells him. If he does, he's likely going to either spam Null's emails with takedown requests, make an account and spam our DM's with threats before he gets swiftly banned, or call us no good bullies here in this thread.

I hope to god that it's the third or second option, because it's going to be hilarious to see him sperg about a thread that doesn't even have a dox or competent op.

@Lunar Eclipse Paradox The OP could use a bit of extra workshopping, but I'm willing to help make additional edits in order to push it live soon. My current suggestions:
  • Add more photos and media, specifically some showing his antics at the beginning of the OP
  • If you haven't already, I would include some info about the Kick thot, Natalie Reynolds, who tried to falsely accuse Jack of some heinous shit. Which granted, Jack's still a piece of shit, but goes to show how some of these orbiters are willing to stoop even lower to also try and get attention off of him.
    • WillyMacShow put out a comprehensive video covering it a few months back, and has also covered both Jack + Neon in-depth which would be worth including.
  • Even if it's not brought up much, I believe he's also boasted about being an OnlyFans manager as being part of his income, which is practically the equivalent of acting as a pimp. Should be looked into a bit more.

All of these Twitch and Kick streamers are doing all of this and it’s understandable why these people think they are delusional enough to believe that they are on the same level as celebrities from Hollywood. You can’t even tell who’s faking a character for clout, not question how these kids are making this two famous enough to do stunts like this.
 
The more I see him and N3on, the more I question how come they haven't gotten the IRL streamer treatment of the golden age I.E. doxxing, SWATting, fake threats, etc. Maybe I don't watch enough or every troll moved on from that era?
