He's not living at home, and hasn't been. He's been staying with "friends" even before he turned his dad in if I'm reading things right. That's why his mom says she called him after it happened and why the video says he's only come home to pick up some clothes. That's also why there's no laptop or keyboard on that desk.

How deranged do you have to be to report your own family committing a victimless crime to the FBI? It's not like he was under pressure to confess, he willingly provided information he knew to his own father's arrest. It's insane how cult-like these people touched by the mind-virus of modernity become, supporting a federal power trip to ruin the lives of disgruntled citizens so much to the point he would surrender his own blood to the machine, and having the gall to play a victim and grift online while doing it.

Couldn’t she have recorded the video before it happened? Idk why she’d upload it later on, though I’m skeptical about there being some kind of gayops afoot.

Me too. I'm also leaning towards the "recorded earlier", but don't know why she'd upload it after shit hit the fan.

The IRS gives everyone a lifetime $11,700,000 gift/estate exemption. People are allowed a $15,000 a year gift tax exclusion per donee per year, so no tax if its 15,000 or below and you havent used up your lifetime $11.7 million exemption. Once you gift more than $15,000 to someone you have to file a gift tax return, but still no tax is owed. If you have made more than $11.7 million in gifts in your whole lifetime, then you start needing to pay gift tax.

The daughter said she didn't believe her father was dangerous if he were to be released, but thought he had tried to intimidate her and her brother after January 6 as he had discussed keeping his participation quiet.
Reffitt's defense lawyer argued for his release, downplaying his words about violence as just talk.
Faruqui decided to keep Reffitt detained in jail pending trial.
The judge's decision elicited a wail from the family household on the court's conference call line. Reffitt's wife, daughter and daughter's boyfriend had gathered for the hearing on the line, with the daughter's boyfriend also having testified in court Monday.

Adding insult to injury for Reffitt at the hearing Monday were these words from his daughter about his threats having not been worrisome to her. Here's how it was reported by Dallas' CBS 11 TV station:
"He's not a violent person. He just says things. He talks a lot. … That's just him being a drama queen," she said at the hearing. "I wasn't in fear, I guess. It was annoying in a way." The daughter also had testified about her father to a grand jury, according to Monday's proceedings.
The news account also indicated that her brother was no longer at home:
"Reffitt's son, Jackson Reffitt, turned in his father to the FBI. The son has since left the family's home, essentially disappearing and living in what the Justice Department calls an undisclosed location. His sister said in court on Monday that her father and brother had long had a strained relationship because of political tension."
The family drama was noted by Faruqui, but it didn't change the judge's opinion about keeping Reffitt in jail until trial.
