The more this saga drags on the more obligated I am to believe that the sexual abuse accusations at this school were true and they're trying to keep the manifesto from being released because the pooner wrote about it in there, also the timelines on when pooner attended this school and when the abuse occurred seems to line up. I guarantee you that school was on some franklin credit union shit and that's why the tranifesto will never be released

This is why I believe this was a suicide planned the day before and not a premditated master plan it's reported to be. The Buffalo shooter knew security would be an issue, had his gear on and rifle ready in advance, and IMMEDIATELY started shooting the milisecond he exited the car. Mind you this was in New York where he could have been pulled over for his overtly tactical attire, while the Jacksonville shooter being in Florida could have worn his airsoft vest without much disruption (like the Allenville shooter did, in the same guns-blazing fashion of the Buffalo shooter).

It would be easy to secure all entryways, which lock from the inside, and muder almost every student before any teacher could get in, let alone subdue/kill the teacher shooting the kids. This isn't a realistic solution, but perhaps the inherent threat of that happening in response might dissuade them.
I'm pretty left leaning but even I have to admit, it's a stupid policy that never works and it doesn't even comport with how human psychology works.
