Isn't executing an eviction incredibly difficult and time consuming in California?
He could probably coast there for a year before the sheriff actually executes the eviction order.

California is pretty lax on tenants and tough on landlords. If he isn't too retarded, he would probably be able to delay it. I'm not sure if the mask thing would allow the landlord to bypass the usual process, or if Cockless is in fact too retarded to tie it up in court with bogus complaints.
Yes, especially if you even remotely competently contest it. The one thing that might accelerate it is his mask refusal. If he has some actual physical or psychological condition that stops him from wearing one, they might be required under the ADA or state/local law to provide some kind of reasonable accommodations for that. I don't know if anyone has even tested that yet, much less in California, but raising it as an argument might at least delay it.
It's hard to predict because a) it's California but b) it's San Francisco during Coof World.
Probably the weekly Skid Row hotels they kick you out of every 28 days to keep you from ever getting rights as a tenant, usually full of junkies and lunatics (like Sockless himself). I'm not sure if the guy is already in a place like that though. He's going to find it hard finding a new place in San Francisco while deliberately being a Typhoid Mary and getting evicted from his last place.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's already in some kind of do-not-rent black book.

In SF there are enormous protection rights for renters. You essentially have to be notified of just reasons of eviction 3x within a 365 day period before a landlord can actually evict you. If he continues to break the rules they can continuously serve him though then he can be properly evicted.
You have to be a pretty sorry piece of shit to get evicted in SF, almost anything short of setting your apt on fire and you're good.

We all know he actively antagonized the staff, and considering that Jacob has been outspoken against masks since the beginning he has been a nuisance to his housing for years now.

You and/or your guests/visitors must wear a mask in the common areas of the subject property. You must follow all House Rules and lease covenants, including but not limited to those regarding visitors/guests' presence in the building and mask policies. You must stop your nuisance conduct.

He mainly acts as a white knight for @Miss Tommie Jayne Wasserberg , while still making thirstposts for Chris Chan. He has discussed recently though, that he has plans on moving to Virginia. Jacob and his only friend simp for Russia. One thing that shocks me is how the two unironically thinks Russian apartments are better than American ones. The commieblocks there highly resemble the so-called pods that A&H likes to get hysterical over. Also their walls are thin for a nation infamous for their winters.
