Wrong, making a game in Flash requires learning ActionScript, a programming language. Making a Flash game of similar quality would take quadruple the effort as a drag and drop scenario.

The equivalent you're looking for is Multimedia Fusion, which was literally a drag and drop program for game development and even came with it's own library of assets.

It should also be noted Actionscript is a complete trainwreck of a programming language.

I thought this was going to be a sim of sitting at a computer, answering calls, and every day, getting a message from a mysterious caller threatening you or something, and the point of the game would be to figure out who it is before a certain date while doing your job. Sort of like Adult Swim's Fantasy Telemarketer flash game mixed with an ongoing murder narrative. Instead it's just "look at me argue with people at my job". Is the voice acting at least any good? Did Dave voice both characters?

The voice-acting isn't bad. David voices himself and some associate of his voices the annoying customer. This said it's insanely predictable.
