I'm torn between wanting to feel bad for the suckers and wanting to shove them head first on a toilet for trusting what is essentially the 'free armor trimming' of the current generation
It really is difficult to feel bad for people who get scammed by things like this, it's not like when elderly people are scammed or something these people who put hundreds or thousands of dollars into this junk are all just doing it hoping it will make them rich, it's like trying to feel bad for someone who doesn't win on a scratch lotto ticket.

There's a sucker born every minute.

This is a difficult situation because on one hand the morons who invested in this should of known better but on the other hand Logan saying he's going to sue is just him flexing cash to silence coffee, Texas does have good antislap apparently so coffee has that.
I'm pretty sure any lolsuit would mean Logan self owns as discovery would expose more than coffee could dig up.
It's evident Logan is trying his best to pr his way through this but he's such an ass clown and unfortunately still has enough clout to possibly pull through this.

It's kinda worse.
The suckers thought "I want money, but I don't want to have to work... I'll trust Logan Paul with my money!"

They're dumb and lazy, but also, fuck Logan Paul for being a scammer.

My take is this:
Post suicide forest incident, Logan has undoubtedly been working hard to try and redeem himself. I don't believe that he's become a better person over the years like he claims, but at the very least, I do think he's become a bit more mature + marketable to general audiences (not just young kids). So I get the appeal.

That being said, I do think that these people buying into the "game" should have definitely known better. Crypto's notorious for being super volatile, and plenty of NFT and crypto rugpulls were happening all over the place. So even if Logan wasn't involved at all in this project*, these people should've assumed that whatever they put into the project was at risk of being lost for good. I especially don't understand why they'd buy into this for their kids, as if this was actually going to be a great game the kids would love to play. Some victims claimed they lost thousands on this project + even bought into it for their family members, yet they could've easily spend that kind of money on a new game console + dozens of different games as well. Whole thing reeks of greed and poor financial choices.

*The one caveat in all of this is that Logan continually tried to assert that this wasn't just some NFT crypto project, but an actual game being developed. What's so pathetic is that he tries to blame Stephen for claiming that CryptoZoo was dead, yet Logan himself hasn't bothered to update the original backers on Discord, Twitter, etc (iirc, he's remained silent for like at least 6 months or more). Only after Stephen dropped his exposé video series Logan finally decides now to talk about the project, and acts like it's still been in development this whole time. Never mind the fact that in his response video, he literally blames the project's mishandling on two shady developers (one being an ex convict) that his team hired. This man straight up refuses to take any accountability for his bullshit.

I think they're liars trying to make themselves seem more sympathetic. They either wanted to earn a bunch of free money or they were Logan Paul fans, and idk which is worse.

I hired two scammers and criminals, my team didn't bet them properly. It's your fault Stephen.

I made a big summary post in Community Happenings to try and catch people up on the recent drama. While I'd like to see some more discussion in this thread, I assume most people would rather ignore Logan and Jake's bullshit entirely since they're basically just rich, obnoxious douchebags.

Logan's response video itself has been doing pretty badly in terms of public perception, and it's worth noting that he plans on suing Stephen (Coffeezilla) and still plans on releasing this dumpster fire of a project.

From what I'm seeing here, Logan's trying to worm his way into one of two exit strategies:
1. Pull out of this farcical project and claim incompetence/him "having too good of a heart" and falling for those literal criminals who "deceived" him into conning his fans out of millions of dollars in some sadboi apology after he makes his money back and salvages his career (Most likely ending)
or,
2. Keep the project in perpetual "development" and hope that suckers keep investing, then maybe hire a bunch of third worlder teens to cobble together some half-assed 2003 flash game tier mobile game so he can claim that he delivered, cash out and then leave everyone holding the bag a second time. (Riskier ruse to pull, but requires a steady supply of idiots, which the world is full of)

Bottom line is, he's never going to give a genuine effort in building this project, he never was. Making a genuine attempt at making an "NFT game" was never the intention, it would be too risky and Logan and his friends would be guaranteed to lose money. The scam fell apart because the scammers scammed each other, got discovered, and now the name of the game is trying to salvage their reputations/avoid legal trouble.

He'll also never sue Coffeezilla. That's a fucking laughable threat because of just how much evidence Coffeezilla showed of Logan engaging in actual criminal acts. Coffeezilla isn't some small obscure youtuber either, Logan couldn't just bully him into silence by tying him up in court for years, Coffeezilla would have enough money to fight back.

I enjoy Coffeezilla, but you are correct. I hate the multi-angle shots. Dude, let your content speak for itself and drop the gimmicks. Like that stupid fake robot bartender.
ehhh. I stopped caring about that shit. I just end up getting called a boomer.

What IS up with the robot? I used to fucking hate it with a passion, but the voice is eerily familiar. Like a cartoon voice from the 80s...

The robot is voiced by Technicals.

Cool. The character is very good. Very talented voice acting.

Logan better chill the fuck out. I know 'Gods Chosen' run for the judge's robes first...
However, the texts showing how he intended to defraud his 'investors', violate SEC (kinda...) and do it all over the internet (wirefraud) could land him in SBF levels of shit. I wonder if the IRS saw any of the proceeds from the Cryptozoo holdings?

He takes Coffee to court, the judge will suspend the trial and hold Logan for criminal proceedings. The texts in Coffee's reports are THAT damning.

CryptoZoo - COMING IN 23/24 !!! (even though egg day was 9 months ago).

Enjoy trying to defraud another round...

You know I wonder if Logan will get desperate enough to use those posts a self help group made to try and smear coffeezila awhile back.
I'm not sure if he ever found the guy who was making them although I think most people assume it was Dan Lok or one of his cronies.

Couple of "updates" I saw from a few other channels:
^Logan gets his close friend to act as Coffeezilla and ask him the "hard hitting questions" regarding the mishandling of the project

^Muta attempts to look into some of the claims that were made. For the developer that Logan claimed was a convicted criminal, Muta couldn't find any info regarding this guy's criminal record from 2002 (it's supposedly been expunged, which calls into question where Logan found it if true). He also couldn't find anything on that one victim who was a supposed fellow cryptoscammer for two NFT rugpulls.

Such a fucking limpdicked threat. His manager will get laughed out of court in the civil setting, and running to a prosecutor isn't a good idea when you have to explain the whole story and your ponzi scheme sounds like it includes a fuckton of wire fraud.

Letting this go before the FTC and other Fed bois start sniffing around is the best course of action LP can do.

I love how our boy admits his business partners are scammers, but of course he himself is the only one who is totally clean, and collabing with these scammers also doesn't mean the project is a scam, how dare you suggest that. The "game" is totally still coming out yo, possibly in early 2059. See you in court.
