Learned imams, may Allah be merciful and wise this day, and may I speak as true as his Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This female has posted her report on Tik Tok, not to the police, has an only fans and blue hair. Clearly she is a woman of questionable moral virtue and as the Koran clearly states her testimony is already worth twice and again less then that of a man's. When you factor in the perversion of Allah's natural design that is her hair and the wanton whoring on her Onlyfans you can only conclude that not only is she deceiving you, but that if any intercourse occurred at all, it was she who instigated the acts. The man is merely guilty of being led astray by her wicked temptations.

The only thing that surprises me about these allegations is that anybody would be shocked hearing this. Disregard the creep father, Jake had ties to a sex trafficker. Not only that he gets rewarded for negative behavior. Of course he's going to be weird not know how to socialize. One needs to fail in order to learn (generally speaking) . All he has ever gotten is rewards for what would have been failure for a normal person. I feel it's more telling of Justine as a person. The first time was red flags all over and you stop by 5 more times? You ignore all his past behavior and were expecting more from him? How stupid can one be.

In addition, a twitter user named @hereforthetru12 made a very impressive thread detailing the holes in Justine's allegation. It's also pretty long so I'll summarize it here.

The big piece of evidence is that on the 19th Jake was filming a Team 10 video with Tana Mongeau, and later that night went to Craig's restaurant and a club with her, and therefore was probably not even in the house when the assault was claimed to happen.

There is also a continuity issue with one of the images Justine posted. She claims that a Snapchat image she took was taken after being assaulted by Jake (which was around 3AM), despite it being timecoded to 8:30 AM.

The Twitter user also noted that Jake twisted his ankle the day before the assault, yet this is never mentioned by Justine in her video at all.

The day after the assault supposedly happened, Jake spent it giving invitations to some dumbass fake wedding he was planning with Tana, showing Jake was with Tana the whole time between the 19th and 21st, in which this sexual assault supposedly happened. Tana supposedly gets pissed if Jake tried to look other girls, making it weird that Justine didn't even mention Tana at all in her allegation.

There is also some weird issues with the screenshots. For starters, the blue bubbles (iMessage) don't match up with the green send icon (regular SMS). In addition, when clone detection was used on the messages a lot of issues were detected. The Twitter user also took these screenshots to someone who works with Photoshop, and the person responded saying they were almost definitely faked.
